Main Power Fauilure on K2L EVM

Hello everyone,

I have encountered some, it seems like already knwon, issues with the eInfochips K2L EVM.

The problem seems to be that the UCD is not properly powering up all parts of the board, the LCD-display prints "MAIN POWER FAILURE".

I tried to fix it by updating the BMC to version 1.1.0.6 and the UCD to version 4.0, as recomended by eInfochips know Issure report . I also found an other thread dealing with this topic here. But I was not able to solve the error yet.

Is there yet other way to fix this problem?

my Board Revision is 1.0.3.0

I have the following issues with my Board:Error_Report_K2L_EN.pdf

but the Errors remain.

Hello Max,

When did you get the K2L EVM? If it is still within warranty, I'd suggest you initiate RMA to either get a fix or replacement EVM.
