Howto build and execute some DSP applications while Linux is running on EVM?

EVM board boots by Linux, then i want to create DSP applications+SYS/BIOS to be executed by EVM. How I can do it?

And DSP code is a simple "hello world" program. How I can print to the console of EVM by DSP?

How I can monitor the execution of DSP code?

Hi,

You have to use MPM(Multiple Processor Manager) to load and run the BIOS application on DSP cores from ARM.

I actually want to have a DSP application to be run by Linux and it prints to SOC serial console by a fuction like printf()!!
This console is controlled by Linux now. Can DSP access it?

You can't put DSP print in SOC serial port as its busy with ARM core, so you can put DSP printf in buffer and you can check that logs in "trace" entry of DSP cores.

For core0:
cat /sys/kernel/debug/remoteproc/remoteproc0/trace0

Great. Thank you for the reply. However I do not have trace0!!
