Can not new platforms?

ti.catalog is not installed in the system. Ensure that the platformproduct or the complete XDCtools productis installed.

Hi user4815147,

Could you specify the OS version on your PC, CCS version and XDCtools release?
I guess that it is possible to have some incompatibility between them.

Are you using any SDK for this platform. It appears that you have not setup your CCS correctly. If you are using the SDK for your development then you need to run CCS Discovery of Porducts as described here:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Processor_SDK_RTOS_Setup_CCS

We recommend you to use CCS v6.x and latest Processor SDK for development. Please find the Processor SDK download link below my signature.

Can you also provide details regarding what device are you trying to create a platform for. All our latest software for catalog processors requires use of Processor SDK RTOS with CCS v6.x so we would appreciate if you give this a try with the recommended software environment setup
