Linux/EVMK2H: DSP code getting Linux Real Time

Hi,

Our current system has Keystone 2 power up through the ARM Linux. To run the code on DSP, we use command associate with "MPMCL". Since it's running on the Linux terminal, we think there should be a way for

the DSP code get time from Linux. Could you give us some suggestion?

Hi, Yoyo,

The mpmcl uses socket to communicate with a daemon which in download command writes to the shared memory for DSP to grab.

Could you rephrase your explanation. Out goal is to get real time from Linux and I could not connect the dots between time and Daemon?

I meant to use the same mechanism as mpmcl using shared memory, and you need to develop the applications to write and retrieve from shared memory.
