I use 66ak2h12 board in myPC as a endpoint.durint u-boot, I init my pcie as a endpoint.

but I wanto know ,how can I setting my pcie bar in Linux.how can I config my kernel and fdt?

For setting up BAR, you should check the following sources:
drivers/pci/controller/pcie-designware-ep.c
drivers/pci/controller/pci-keystone-dw.c
And the appropriate headers included.
