You should use the program_evm.js script that is included in the Processor SDK. See the following wiki for details:

Hi Rahul,
I am also working on booting u-boot on K2E device from TFTP server.
So, basically, I will follow the steps mentioned here for K2E devices and boot first stage over UART and the device re-enters to load second stage over ethernet.

Is U-boot build into the above two binary images? i.e., once I boot the device using the above method in two stages,is the U-boot loaded ? Or, should I again copy the U-boot image to the TFTP server taken from Processor SDK? I am seeing that there are pre-built images of Uboot and Linux kernel in Processor SDK.
