HI,

Please provide me the IBIS model for 66AK2H14 SOC. The one already present in the TI website can not be used, it will give some error.

    Madhu,

    This is the first that we have heard of an IBIS model on the product page causing an error.  Can you post the error log so that we can debug it?

    Hi Madhu,

    The model for s_iclkrx0p9gv is defined by the [Model Selector] statement on line 1866 as either s_iclkrx0p9gv_encmint_0 for external common mode or s_iclkrx0p9gv_encmint_1 for internal common mode. You need to set up your tool to define the model needed. We have had reports from other customers that their tool doesn't handle the [Model Selector] correctly for series pin mapping definitions. The work-around is to edit the IBIS file and replace the model selector name with the actual model name in the [Series Pin Mapping] section. You should also report the bug in your tool to the tool manufacturer.

    Hi Bill,

    Thanks a lot for the information.

    The SOC ibis model has about 30 signals for which model selection option is there.

    Whether I should edit all these to rectify the issue?

    Hi Madhu,
    Model selection statements are common in IBIS models. Your simulation tool should have a way of specifying a selection without editing the model. Check the tool documentation for more information.
