Is the DDR inteface completed unconnected or are you only providing memory on a portion of the data bus?

Hello Bill,

I am using 16 address lines, 16 datalines ,2 data mask, 3 bank address and 1 ODT. So right now 6 Data mask, 6 bank address ,1 ODT,1 CLOCKp/m and 48 datalines .

Hi Prasanna,
All can be left floating except the unused DQS signals. DQS2-8p should be pulled low through resistors and DQS2-8n should be pulled high through resistors.
We don't see too many 16bit DDR interfaces with the K2H. The number of processing elements using the DDR generally requires more bandwidth than a 16bit or 32bit data bus can provide.

Hello Bill,

I wanted to know to which power i should pull the DQS2-8p and what is the resistor value.

We are using only 16bit DDR dtalines , What is the problem if we use less datalines.
