RTOS/EVMK2H: Manual XDC Build Help

Part Number: EVMK2H

Tool/software: TI-RTOS

Hello,

I'm trying to get some code I wrote from 2011 for the EVM6678 to run the EVMK2H.

I have been running into issues which I have posted on this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/development_tools/code_composer_studio/f/81/t/629696

I'm beginning to wonder if my issues are due to my build process which is centered around XDC tools from 6+ years ago? In my build process I have a bunch of our own RTSC repos and I build everything manually by calling xdc directly.

Is there any documentation (or can I just get help here since the TI-RTOS forum is closed) on moving from XDCtools 3.24.03.33 to 3.32.01.22 or greater?

Thanks!

  • Hi Nick,

I am not aware of such document.
What I can recommend is to visit the xdctools download page:
    downloads.ti.com/.../
Go through each release between 3.23.03.33 to 3.32.01.22 and see the corresponding realase notes to get an idea of what's been fixed/changed/updated.

Sorry, but we do not have a single document that contains the changes between all releases up to now, so you can track what you need (changes from 3.24.03.33 to 3.32.01.22).

    Best Regards,
    Yordan
