I am getting this error while loading my .out into 66AK2G02.

The debugger will attempt to force the device to a ready state to recover debug control. Your application's state will be corrupt. You should have limited access to memory and registers, but you may need to reset the device to debug further. (Emulation package 6.0.576.0)
I am using CCSv7. I am using external JTAG spectrum digital XDS560v2 STM USB Debugger. Target is getting connected successfully.
GEL files are executed successfully as shown below:

But after loading the .out file I am getting the error.
I am not able to understand what's going wrong.
Can somebody help?
