Today i install the DVSDK3.10 following the "GSG: DVEVM Software Setup for DM3xx Platforms",and the process is sucessful. However, when I start up the boad using the NFS,it cann't  enter into the command line. The following are the details of the setting up,and the red part point out where is the problem.

    Thanks for you kindly reply!

The bootargs I use is as follows:

    setenv bootargs mem=80M console=ttyS0,115200n8 root=/dev/nfs noinitrd rw ip=192.168.0.203:192.168.0.3:255.255.255.0 nfsroot=192.168.0.217:/opt/nfs davinci_enc_mngr.ch0_output=LCD video=davincifb:vid0=OFF:vid1=720x480x16,5400K:osd0=720x480x16:osd1=0 davinci_capture.device_type=4 dm365_imp.oper_mode=0

However,I don't think this matters the question I ask? Still wait for your reply!

    Hi,

The bootargs what you said "nfsroot=192.168.0.217:/opt/nfs"  but in the log what you provided in earlier post what I can see is that ,

"Root-NFS: Server returned error -5 while mounting /home/charor/workdir/filesys"

Is the Path Correct what are you setting?

    Hi,

    eth0: no PHY found
    IP-Config: Failed to open eth0

Perhaps your kernel configuration is not properly enabling ethernet driver or the driver does not support the ethernet hardware present very well.
