This issue looks very much like another post "DM368 output YCC8 at NTSC with bad vertical parameters". But the situation is worse - HDMI transmitter can not lock to DM368 video output running at standard mode, output YCC16 with embedded sync at 480P. We have cross-examined the HDMI transmitter - it has no problem taking YCC16 input with embedded sync at 480P from an ADC. Now the issue comes down to DM368.
480P and 576P are twins: how 576P is programmed, and so is 480P. The only difference is VENC.VMOD, H/V active, and H/V margin. However, 576P behaves fine while 480P does not.
