Can the Resizer flip the YCbCr422 data input?
Kedar said that the resizer is used for mirror/flip while doing the YUV422 to YUV420 conversion.

However, Section 4.3.11.8 in the User's Guide describes that the flipping image function is implemented to support flipped raw data input.
Our customer has a issue. 2CH Line-interleaved data from TVP5158 is input. They expect the no flipping, but they often watch that an image is flipped horizontally. They are concerned that this is a problem in VPFE.
