Insmod showing error while loading dm365_adc module into kernel

Hi,
Please Solve this problem as soon as possible.
I am trying to load my dm365_adc.ko module by insmod into kernel on dm365 board but it's showing error as given below.
# insmod dm365_adc.ko
insmod : error inserting 'dm365_adc.ko' : -1 No Such Device
