We are using two DM368 to encoding and decoding, first we find that there will be flashing in the bottom of the video.
At the encoding end, we save the encoded data as a file, then we play it in the computer, there is also the same problem. And we play it frame by frame, every 30 frames there will be one frame that in the bottom of it (1/5) will be blurry . Change the I frame interval, then the blurry frame interval will also change. Set encoder as "IPPPPPPPPPPPP...", the problem diappears. Set encoder as "IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII...", all frames will be blurry. We consider that I frame encoding process has a problem. So how can we solve this problem？Thanks！！
