minicom does not transfer files using zmodem

I have problem with transferring files from my computer into LeopardBoard DM368 using minicom over serial port.

I have disabled Leopard ethernet interface because I'm using one of its pins for serial communication (/dev/ttyS1)  to another board. So I cant use FTP or SSH or things like that. The simplest way is minicom through /dev/ttyS0. Problem is that when I send a file using zmodem in minicom it says that timeout happened and "Transfer Incomplete" . I have never had a problem with minicom and zmodem with other Linux based boards. I dont know what's wrong with Leopard. minicom settings are all right. I'm using ubuntu 14.04 but that doesn't matter.

This way I have to shutdown the Leopard board and remove SDcard and stick it into the computer copy new binary and stick it back to the board every time I make a change in my program.

So do we have any thoughts?
