DM365 H.264 codec cannot decode P-frame correctly

Dear all,

I need to using DM365 board to decode h.264 video encoded by other source.  I have used ffmpeg library to encode the video, and DM365 codec can decode the video including only I-frame correctly. If there is P-frame, even GOP size = 2, the decoded P-frame has moasic block in the motion area. 

DM365 can decode video file encode by itselt successfully. But I need the board to decode video from other source. The video resolution is aroud 732x550. I have tried many method but cannot solve this problem. Please help.
