Fastboot functinality broke up after device reboot

Hi 

I am working on DM3730 omap3 procesor.I am facing an issue with fastboot functinality.

The device is detecting as fastboot device and adb device properly.After restart the device ,I enter to fastboot mode ,now the device is not detecting as fastboot device.I tried the usb otg controller reset using software in uboot after the restart,but no use.

Is it the issue of usb otg controller?Please give me idea of issue case.
