DM388 UBOOT hang up

Dear Sirs,

There's a boot hang up issue after system power on & power on sequence is OK! To repeat 1x~2x time reboot can see hang up issue .

We try these methods but still NG.

1. watchdog reset (Warm Reset)

2. watchdog reset (WD_OUT trigger TPS65911 power IC reset)

3. DDR power reset

Unless we turn off power and turn on power. This hang up issue could be released !

Is there any suggestion ? Many thanks !

Hi Terry,

Try with the latest version of the u-boot code base. Try also to reproduce this issue on TI EVM board.

Is there experience / same problem happen cause of Uboot code version ?

Terry,

Are you using IPNC SDK or just PSP (u-boot + linux kernel) with no SDK above?

Try with the latest IPNC RDK u-boot code base:

Try also to reproduce this issue on DM38x/DM813x TI EVM board, not only on custom board.
