DM365 usb device not working in USB 3.0 port

Dear Ti E2E community,

I am using DM365 as device mode. It is detecting as mass storage device in my linux computer and USB 2.0 port in windows computer/laptop. Its not detecting properly in USB 3.0 port in windows computers. its detects sometimes, not consistently working.  Have some one have the same issue. Please help......
