DM368 LeopardBoard SD1 hangs the CPU when SD Card is connected to SD1 port

Dear Friends,

We soldered an SD card connector to Leopard DM368 board J8 Connector.

When we insert an SD card to this connector, the CPU hangs.

When the card is ejected, the CPU resets.

The CPU is unable to boot (From NAND, UART, SD0) when there is an SD Card inserted in SD1 port.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Any suggestions?

Avi,

I don't use the Leopard board but wanted to mention that I use both SD cards on our hardware without issue. Best of luck with the Leopard.

We are unable to connect using SD1.

Can you please send me the schematics/pinout?

The standard pinout from the web does not work.

Avi,

I am unable to send the schematics, but I can tell you the following:

DAT1 -> SD1_DAT1 (weak pull up to 3.3V)

DAT0 -> SD1_DAT0 (weak pull up to 3.3V)

VSS -> ground

CLK -> SD1_CLK

VDD -> 3.3V

CMD -> SD1_CMD (weak pull up to 3.3V)

CD/DAT3 -> SD1_DAT3 (weak pull up to 3.3V)

DAT2 -> SD1_DAT2 (weak pull up to 3.3V)

It's really no different than any other SD schematic you'll find online.
