DM385 IPNC RDK compile error

Dear Sir,

We had the IPNC RDK source code (IPNC_RDK_V3.8.0.tar) and tried to compile it.But we got some error message as below.

/source/ipnc_rdk/../ti_tools/xdctools_3_25_05_94/xdc: not  found.

We have checked it,the file is existed in xdctools_3_25_05_94 folder.I am not sure where the problem is?Please help,How could we fix this issue?thank's.
