DM368 mDDR read speed low

I have a custom board with DM368 running at 432 Mhz and mDDR MT46H64M16LFCK-5:A running at 145 Mhz, CL=3 (Read Delay 4), data width 16 bit, Linux 2.6.37-rc4. I try to measure memory speed by the different ways (no other processes running during tests), among others I run memory speed test "lmbench 3" for read (bw_mem 1M rd), which results in 146 MB/sec... I deem this too low, because mDDR must provide seemingly much better performance. I suppose the speed is defined by CL and burst length, so for burst length of 8 for DM and CL=3, the quantity of clocks is 3+8 for one burst, burst consists of 8 32-bit words (32 bytes), so read speed must be about 500 MB/sec. I check if the data cache is enabled - it is turned on. DDR seems to work not by bursts, but by separate reads. What may be wrong?
