I am able to capture using the JPEG encoder but not while video encoding is also happening. I would like to do both at the same time.

As mentioned earlier, there is support for your requirement. You need to follow the below settings. I have attached snapshots. Once you login to web GUI,

1. Select Dual H264+ JPEG from the drop down as shown in picture.

2. These pictures show the supported  resolution for your requirement.

I'm not using the IPNC RDK, but rather the Codec API. How can both encoders be used together with this setup?

Hi Doug Burrell,

I would suggest you to look into IPNC RDK 5.1, for DM365. It has the ready set up for Dual encoders. May be you can implement the same in your Application.
