Hi Kevin Neale,

Please go through the license agreement when you install the binaries(exe/bin). That should provide you information required. I hope you have got all the packages you mentioned.

dmai - TI License 2011 (you will find it inside package complete description)

framework components - BSD

XDAIS - GPLv2

xdctools - BSD & GPLv2

Refer this page for most of TI components,

All codecs License you will find it in respective installers, you can check from the page.
