Tool/software: Linux
I'm now using the DM3730 processor to produce h264 stream. I'm using the DVSDK 4.0.3. But I met a problem that sometimes the picture is not correctly coded. See the zip file in the attachment. Unzip the file and you will get a .h264 file. In the 202nd frames of this .h264 file, there is an obviously mosaic at the edge of this person's face. It will return noraml until the next I-frame.
Is there any help for this problem?
PS: The video source is alright.
BTW, the user guide of h264enc codec says this codec 'Supports in-loop filtering which can be switched off/on.', but I can't find how to change the switch.
Thank you.stream.zip
