I am designing a schematic with the DM3730 DSP. I may need to connect two cameras to my board. I see in the specifications that this is possible utilizing SCCB (serial camera control bus) on the I2C ports. I see a max data rate of 100kbits/s for the SCCB interface protocol. Is that accurate? I am...

The release notes for the LogicPD Linux BSP for the Torpedo say that it has no camera support, which is required for my application. I don't understand this since there are drivers for a number of CPI devices in other kernel versions for the DM3730 (including the DVSDK), so why would they be missing...

Hi Rajesh, Ya you are right. CBP and CBC package provide support for CSI. Unfortunately, CUS package keeps those pins as Not-Connected. It is better to move on to the CSI supported package or else you can interface deserializer to the processor parallel interface pins. Regards, Sathya Kumar P
