Can I use 8 bit embedded sync output mode on tvp5147?

My EXP I/O version :D

BB version :D

EZSDK version :ezsdk_dm814x-evm_5_05_02_00_setuplinux

The output format of tvp5147 in data manual document:

But in the file tms320dm8148.pdf,it says:

VideoInput 1Datainputs. For16-bitcapture. D[7:0]areCb/Crand D[15:8] areYPortAinputs. For8-bitcapture,D[7:0]arePortAYCbCrdatainputs. ForRGBcapture,D[23:16]areR,D[15:8]areG,andD[7:0]areBPortAdatainputs.

The terminals Y2~Y9 connect to D[15:8], C2~C9 connect to D[7:0].

I 16 bit capture,there is no question.But in 8 bit capture, tvp5147’s output is Y2~Y9 which connect with D[15:8],but dm8418 capture in D[7:0]. Am I right?

So, my question is can I use 8 bit embedded sync out format of tvp5147 on 8148EVM?
