Life cycle impact if DM8148 running at 1.5V core voltage!

Dear experts

Our customer is using our DM8148 for Thin Client application.

Some of their boards are not stable till increasing the core voltage from 1.35V to 1.5V.

Since it is over the spec, customer likes to know the lift time impact.

Is there any simply mathematic to calculate the life time or MTBF at 1.5V?

Thanks for your comment .

No, we do not have such formula.

What I can say is that for OPP166 at 1.35V (nominal value), the lifetime POH is 49K. The max value for OPP166 is 1.42V. Thus using 1.5V will significantly decrease the lifetime POH from the 49K, but I can not provide you the exact number.
