dm8148 pcie scan failed( c6657 ep)

I use Dm8148 as a pcie RC, C6657 as a pcie EP.Now 8148 cann't scan c6657 at all, lspci show nothing.

Can any one tell me how to fix this.

Use Case

1.Rc and Ep use the same source 100M clock from Cdcm61002.

2. Dm8148 just support X1， so C6657 PCIETXP/N1,PCIERXP/N1 not used.

3.C6657 bar config 0b000 (32bit mode).

4.Dm8148 and C6657 pcie connet by a Smarc bus.

PS:8168 and 8148 have differt way to clear msi irq(8148 write 1 to clear, 8168 write 0 to clear),could this be the reason?

Thanks for your replay,I have check by "Endpoint_device_not_detected".Rc(dm8148) and Ep(c6657) use the same source pcie 100M clock(Cdcm61002).C6657 can be connnected by TI Emulator(DSP ok).I also try to make

RC boot later by hold in uboot for a while.

We use DVRRDK_04.00.00.03.

Fix, on tx line. Threre are 3 capacitance, now change to one ,pcie ok.
