How to have two 720p H.264 streams

Hi,

I am using IPNC RDK 3.8 on DM8148 with fullfeature usecase.

What is the best way to create 2x H.264 streams with full resolution?

Our sensor has resolution of 1280x720p.

The fullfeature usecase has only one H.264 stream with full resolution.

Hi,

For the tristream usecase, I think you just need to bypass the rsz to make the sencond H264 to 720p resolution.

Thanks for the response.

RSZB is set to 720x480.

I have a few options to bypass:

A) At the main mux (muxPrm), I can change the inQueue[1] from DUP_SCLR to cameraId outQueue 0 (RSZA).

b) At the main mux (muxPrm), I can change the inQueue[1] from DUP_SCLR to an additional outQueue from MJPEG_DUP

What is the preferable way?

I'm guessing that is to use an additional outQueue from MJPEG_DUP.

In case anyone else needs a complete answer:

I've change de main mux (muxPrm) inQue 1 to receive from an additional outQue from MJPEG_DUP.

Naturally I had also to adapt SCALER_DUP, SCALER and DISPLAY_SD to match this change.
