Selecting DVO1 (Vout-1) instead of HDMI

Hi,

I am working on DM-385 and using IPNC_RDK 3.80.00.

I am getting sensor's frame data on HDMI but I want the data on Vout-1 port but in HD_VPSS block diagram ( TRM, section- HDVPSS) it is showing the DVO1 output is coming from HDMI only.It means there are two output coming from encoder HDMI
a.)One through hdmi xmt
b.)Vout-1

Can anyone explain this ?

On software side what changes I have to made to select DVO1 (Vout 1 port) so that my sensor data will go to Vout-1 port ?

VOut 1 does not 'come from' HDMI'

What this means is that the encoder sources both VOut1 and HDMI so they must display the same video. There may be some other limitations on dual display but basically the encoder can send its output to either HDMI or VOut1.

HDMI and VOut1 cannot display different images.

Unfortunately I can't help too much on the software side, but the following might help, depending on what software framework you are using...

Please if possible help me software side as I am pretty new to this architecture.If not you, anyone who has worked on it can help me.

Start with the guide mentioned above.

Also look at the examples in the RDK/SDK releases.

I am not a software guy so cannot comment at all beyond this, sorry.
