pin mux utility

Hello,

When using pin mux utlity and using file->save->source file->linux I get that all pinmux are defined as IEN (input), Is there any reason why the utility does not define the relevant pins as output ? Does it mean we have to review the full definitions of the each pin in the file ?

    Note also we have the below errata:
