License for DVR RDK 4.1

Hi, looking to install the TI DVR RDK 4.1.0.2. During installation of documentation, and accepting the click-wrap license, I still get the message, "License verification failed". Do I need to get a license key file to enable the installation? If so from where? Thanks.

For almost 2 weeks I try to get the DVRRDK via my local FAE.
UDWorks sell the old version 3.0 from 2013 only and wrote to me that their contract with TI ended.
TI itself does not reply something comprehensive on the subject to my FAE.
WHERE CAN I BUY/GET THIS McFW/DVRRDK?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
