How can I improve DM8127 H264 encoder speed?

Hi!

I use DM8127(IPNC RDK3.8) to capture 6M image from camera interface and vp interface,and do H264 encode.

I find the H264 bits rate is 9fps.

If I change H264 encode to MJPEG encode,the bits rate is 25fps.

Is there any thing I can do to improve H264 encode speed?
