dm8148 ksz9031 can not work on 1000M

Hi,

TI

There is a ksz9031 in my custom dm8148 board, and I found that it can not work on 1000M.I use the kernel from ti81xxpsp_04.04.00.02 branch. The ethernet environment is OK,because the ksz9031 on my am335x board  can work on 1000M.

I had search for so long time, and I test the way on the internet,it still does not work.

I notice that maybe I should set up the RGMII Pad Skew registers on the ksz9031.What value should it be on the dm8168?

I can not understand that question. You are in DM814x forum, asking regarding KSZ9031 registers values to be set in DM816x?

Regarding 1G ethernet issue, if you are using switch/hub/router between you board and PC, make sure this switch/hub/router support 1Gbps. Check also your PC NIC, it should also support 1Gbps. See if the below e2e threads will be in help:
