Linux/TMDXEVM8148: 8148 display2 output cvbs[SD] Shaking on screen

Hi 

I make ti8148 display2 output cvbs, and show on Multiple screen. when shown on TV screen, it's look like stable.

but shaking like below video on a lot of screen.

my board setting:

cat /sys/devices/platform/vpss/display2/timings

54000,720/12/68/64,480/5/41/5,0

NTSC, SD

and how to make it stable.
