Hello Everyone,

how can I configure the DVO2 in triple (RGB) video output for work with off-chip PHY like DS90C383?

Best Regards,

Roman.

    Hi,

You can use sysfs entries to set the output of the DVO2 like 24bit RGB discerete sync or 24bit embedded sync etc. Please refer to video user guide for more details.

    Hi,

    thank you for reply!

I'm sorry, I had  a mistake ... I mean DVO1 (VOUT1) video output! The DVO1 has only 20bit width of video output, is it possibly to set it  in triple format (RGB)?

    Regards,

    Roman.

    Hi,

30-bit output is not possible with DVO1 as it already has built in on-chip HDMI support.

    Hi,

I don't need 30-bit output, is it possible to configure the DVO1 in RGB 6:6:6 format with discrete clock & other signals (HS, VS, DE, CLK). In "Pin Mux Tool" shows that only one configuration like YCrCb, therefore I want to know is it possibly set the DVO1 in RGB????

    BR,

    Roman.

    Hi,

With 20bit only YUV is possible.
