No information printed by usart when DDR running at 796Mhz

I have a abnormal customed 8168-board,and the other customed 8168-boards are OK(The hardware design of all boards is the same).When the DDR of  abnormal board  run at 796Mhz,there is not any information printed by usart;but when it run at 531Mhz,the information printed by usart is all right.Then i do DDR SW Leveling for this abnormal board,and this is the test  result.

From the test result,the BYTE1 informations with red color of DDR Controller 1 are unusual.They can not be 0.

So i doubt there is something wrong with the DDR hardware of abnormal board.Can you tell me what problem of DDR hardware may cause this?
