8168 STOP AT STARTING KERNAL.....

Hello, I made 60 boards of 8168, 13 of them stop at the START KERNAL...... ,can not boot, the current does not fall detection, found that some can boot in a minute, and some can not, DDR adn NAND FLASH testing in the CCS are no problems, I use the C version of the chip,i change 1 new 8168 chip in a board which having problem,then it is ok,i want to know WHAT IS THE PROBLEM,?THANKS

Hi ,

Does DM8168 boot from Nand? Does the failure board boot normally from UART?

You said i change 1 new 8168 chip in a board which having problem, does it mean a new C version chip?

Did you ever swapped DM8168/NAND between working board/failing board?

8168 boot from nand,i swap the one of the bad 8168 on the working board ,it still stop on the starting kernal ,the good 8168 on the problem board ,it is ok.another bad 8168 can boot successfully in a minute after printing strating kernal,normally it needs 4 second.
