improve the HDVCIP performance

Is there any way to improve the HDVICP performance, like increase the clock of HDVICP and how to make it!

Now in my system,HDVICP clk: 600MHz printed by uboot,

and I can decode 1 way 1080P up to 110 fps or 2 ways 1080P up to 50fps in 1 HDVICP .

Is there any possible to improve it more than 120 fps, then I can decode 2 ways of 1080P60 in 1 HDVCIP simultaneously!
