DM8168 NAND boot issue

Hi,

I am working on DM8168 based custom board. I have Micron NAND Flash of 1GB(MT29F8G08ADADA) . The Software package i am using is DVRRDK_03.50.00.05. My custom board also have SD card boot support.

My problem is , I am able to boot from SD card using u-boot(minimal) and uboot.noixp.bin., but when i flashed uboot.noixp.bin to NAND ,then I am not able to boot the board.bo

My boot device priority is NAND>>SD. Please suggest me some methods so that i can solve the issue,

Sourabh,

The SD bootloaders are: u-boot.min.sd/MLO and u-boot.bin.

The NAND bootloader is: u-boot.noxip.bin.

The NAND bootloader u-boot.noxip.bin should be created with ti8168_evm_config_nand. Please provide the steps how you create the NAND bootloader and then how you flash it on NAND.

Hi ,

Thanks for your reply. The issue has been resolved,. In our board CS0MUX_0 pin was pull up so we tried to ground that pin and it started working.
