In IPNC RDK, to make the RTSP stream is robust and stable. How to set the video/audio time stamp?
I think one way is that When we ensure the video audio patameters,such as resolution,frame rate,sample rate, channel size, then we set a fixed step size for the timestamp,such as 33ms,and so on.
The second way is that we use a TRUE timestamp, I mean that we use gettime function to get a TRUE timestamp every we get a encoded bitstream,
In IPNC SDK,which way is better?
