I'm looking for the soldering temperature profile for the DM8168 devices.

Graphics and values are needed.

    Hello Johan,

    TI qualifies devices to J-STD-020.  You can find the documented standard here.  Since J-STD-020 gives temperature ranges for certain phases of the reflow process, we recommend that customers work with their solder paste vendor for profile that is best suited to the paste used.
