We have a custom board based on DM816x processor of Rev 2.1
The USB0 interface seems to be getting into issues and we would like expert comments from TI to understand and fix the same. The USB0 interface set as host is connected to USB2514 IC which has 4 downstream ports. What we observe is randomly the USB interface goes for a toss and from host mode it changes itself automatically to device mode.
We are able to confirm this behavior by reading the USBn_DEVCTL register whose value changes from 5Dh (normal operation) to 90h (USB erroneous state).
Can we know what can cause the USB0 controller to change its state from host to device? Is there any way to fix this?
The EZSDK version used is 5.05.02.00.
