Video mirroring support in VSWMOSAIC

Thanks for your reply. I have seen and used the VSWMOSAIC demo, thanks. Also the "Features_Not_Supported_12" is down to frame buffer display driver, so that won't help either. As for the TILER, I don't think that's what we need, as it is pretty low level and doing it from ARM would break OMX concept/pipeline. Also OMX components use EDMA for copying video, I am not sure if using EDMA with TILER would be straight forward and without EDMA, performance would not be great in comparison to just doing mirroring purely on ARM.

I think best way to approach it, is to extend the functionality of one of the existing OMX components. DEI, SC are hardware dependent, which does not have mirroring support, while VSWMOSAIC runs on programmable VPSSM3. Therefore I think we could extend VSWMOSAIC's functionality. VSWMOSAIC is already mixing/copying video streams and mirroring is exactly that: copying a video stream, while swapping data around. Having said that, how can we obtain the source code of VSWMOSAIC? As I think it's the best way to go forward.
