In EZSDK we have capture demos.
I would recommend you to check this OMX_05_02_00_48_UserGuide.pdf guide for capture_encode demo. The VPCC component is running on M3 VPSS.

You could use gstreamer v4l2 capture. The gstreamer v4l2src running on A8.

As I said in the EZSDK we already have OMX capture_encode demo that you could try.
The OMX VPCC capture component is running on the media controler M3. The folder ti-omx you could find also decode_display, only encode, decode, display etc demos.

If you are planning to use v4l2 capture driver you could use gstreamer v4l2src element which is running on ARM (A8).

capturing A-Z means : how many steps from 0 to 100 to read video and capture by DSP and processing on it :)

by the way , I read DM816x_EZ_Software_Developers_Guide.pdf and I found video file in my target , the directory is "filesrc location=/usr/share/ti/data/videos/dm816x_1080p_demo.264" what 's that ? and How can I use this ? and how DSP can catch this file?

This is elementary video file(h264), which you could use to run the some of omx/gstreamer demos for example.
