DM8168,48-hours tests don't generate H.264 bitstream

Hi,
I am facing same type of issue. Do you find any solution for this then please reply.
Regards,

As described from original thread: we have a 48-hours test. Some of the DM8168 box will go bad during the 48-hours tests. The most common phenomenon is that M3VIDEO/HDVICP2 or M3VPSS will go "bad".

a. For M3VIDEO/HDVICP2 problem, some channel's h.264 bitstream is not generated any longer. Or ALL the channels' video H.264 bitstream is not generated any longer.

b. For M3VPSS problem, the swms video is hang, The swms video is stop in a specific video frame.

The above problems appears in some specific "problem" boxes, the other boxes is very good without such problems. Our case:DM8168CCYG4 + DVRRDK3  And I learn that, many  DM8168 users, I mean companies that use DM8168 to develop a product, also encounter such a problem. It seems that some of DM8168's M3/HDVICP is very "fragile" and will go "bad" in some unknown circumstances. In our case, about 1%~2% of the DM8168's M3 is "fragile". And we do NOT know how to keep the DM8168 consistency. What we should care to avoid such a problem?
