TMS320DM8168: USB gets hand in the case of USB mouse

Hello Frind,

I am facing the issue of USB hang in the case USB mouse at 4kV contact type ESD. It is ok when i connect pendrive at same port. I have used ESD diode which has limit upto 8kV for contact decharge. 

Please suggest me if anyone know this kind of failure.
