Using ezsdk to caputer 1080i video in VIN1, we use IOCTL_VPS_CAPT_SET_STORAGE_FMT to merge the interlaced video to progressive and then encoded them with H264 to send it to remote endpoint. the remote endpoint receives the video and decode it to display on the monitor with 1080i ouput.
Result: Remote endpoint's output video flicked with 1080i output when the video changes quickly from one scenario to another, just like following picture.
I don't know which trigger this problem and this only happens on 1080i video input, for 1080P input, it works well.
